In very tiny letters on the back of the thermometer at the base is" Patent No. 273 793" and " Terre Haute Adv. Co., T.H. IND."'  Base is 3" at widest points and 1" high. thermometer bubble is 3 1/2" high. Total Thermometer height is 4 1/2" high.
