    It is a
    Clan Tartan & Coat of  Arms of DOUGLAS.
    These silks were an alternative to paper printed tobacco cards
    and were given away in packets of cigarettes in the early 1920's
    Due to their age and delicate nature they have become
    fairly scarce and hard to find
    in a very good condition as photographed.
