For sale nice sawcut drop of Maraging 300 cut from 3.250 round bar. Weight approx 7 pounds 10oz. See pictures for dimensions. Very light rust in a few spots, way more stainless after heat treat. Maraging 300 is a high tensile strength super stainless for high strength applications. Alloyed with about 18.5% Nickel 4.8% Mo and 9% Cobalt. Hardens in the 52 to 54 RC range at only 900 degrees similar to age hardening 17-4PH. Very hard to find small quantities of this metal for projects.
