Black leather with black lining (I’m calling it black but it could be dark brown depending on light). Has two exterior pockets and 5 snaps. Patches/logos include “US Submarine Service Veteran”, “USN Chief Retired”, and “Fleet Reserve Association”. Has a few small scuffs and very light wear. Overall very good condition.
