    Seldom seen Atkins wooden advertising thermometer. They stamp the words onto the thermometer. The words are basically embossed onto the thermometer. These are well known for black lettering to fade. It might be hard to see but in the pictures of the top and bottom of the thermometer you can read "top" Atkins Silver Steel Saws" "bottom" Saw Tools Files Machine Knives Grinding Wheels. Someone at some point colored the numbers back in. They did not do the best job. It has the original metal bottom and 2 original metal brackets. The thermometer itself does not work.  This is a great candidate for restoration.
