Pre-Owned/Used.  The overall condition is "Fair."  It certainly shows a certain degree of "wear" from being handled/used over the years.  There are area's of scratches, scuff type marks, paint loss, discoloration, rust, and staining.
Personally, I Love the "patina"
- doesn't have that "new" look to it.
