    Description

    Vintage tobacco felt (sometimes called a cigarette silk or cigar silk but texture is closer to felt) with the flag of white/red/blue stripes on a green background with print border. Felt is intact, no tears and colors look good. Upper corner is bent but intact. Looks like it was folded at some point but that should press out. Measures 8-1/8" x 5-3/8". Please see scans.
